Maxcon Consulting FZCO is a fast pace emerging finance consulting firm in GCC. We are now expanding and looking to enforce our sales team for our leading services relating to cloud solutions and Finance Outsourcing services. You are welcome to apply if following criteria is being met.
- You must be based in UAE with valid drivers license
- At least 3-5 years experience in selling tech solutions or professional services.
- Must have proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Extraordinary networker, passion for meeting new people, attending events, door to door mindset.
- Door Opener knows how to reach the decision maker.
- Must have very strong knowledge of SME landscape in UAE, able to generate leads independently.
- You must master the art of persistence.
- The job is 80% field and 20% office based, please apply if you have an aptitude for such assignment.
- The door to door sales visits to present Maxcon services, initial introduction, demo and evaluate customer requirement.
- Identify and meet Commercial customer needs by presenting products, services or ideas in a manner that clearly shows how they would meet the needs, provide benefits, and build confidence.
- Prepare and submit a proposal that follows the business requirements, all proposals need to have directly connected with client budgets.
- Engage technical teams in preparing customized demonstration of Maxcon Services for prospects.
- Continuous follow up on existing leads to convert them into confirmed orders.
- Log all activities in time in CRM.
- Provide feedback and input to Director of Sales and other business partners regarding competitive information, product suggestions and other services to strengthen Maxcon’s market position.
- Prepares accurate, legible and timely reports as required by management. Recognizes that this activity is an integral part of the position’s responsibility.
- Maintains a close liaison and coordinates with Maxcon Management regarding customer problems or concerns while suggesting possible solutions.
- Travel throughout assigned territory making sales calls that best position Maxcon’s Customer Promise, products, and services; overcome or minimize objections, and address unique needs and preferences of key decision makers.
- 3 years experience in B2B sales in UAE.
- Experience in technology/financial products is a must.
- BS/BA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Strong knowledge of business best practices in Retail, wholesale and manufacturing verticals.
- Must be based in UAE.
